- Conclusion of Repair and Maintenance Services' Contract Periodically:
For safeguarding and boosting quality of generators and acceleration of projects at hand, Visman Diesel Power Stations Development Company has embarked on conclusion of periodical repair and maintenance services' contracts, on diesel generators, with various companies. Presently, many companies take advantage of services of this company appropriately.
- Initial Installing and Commissioning:
Initial commissioning and installing diesel generator is carried out by Visman Diesel Power Stations Development Company as free. While purchasing generator, the company will install the generator for customers as free.
It should be noted that installing diesel generator and installing costs will be announced after site visit and evaluation.
- Presentation of Generators' Documents:
While purchasing generator, the company will submit the followings to its customers:
- manual instruction (how to handle generator and/or gas-fueled engine or diesel generators),
- guarantee booklet,
- engine house layout,
- power panel layout and tables of repair and maintenance services.
- Guarantee and Warranty
Visman Diesel Power Stations Development Company guarantees all its supplied engine or diesel generators for a period of 18 months or 2000 hours as of purchasing date according to the contents of guarantee booklet and standard performance terms and conditions of generator manufacturing factories.
- Removal of Generator Defects and Malfunctions
If any defect or problem is observed on supplied diesel generator or gas-fueled engine generators, expert technical team of Visman Diesel Power Stations Development Company will attend the residence of purchasers with the aim of removing problems in the shortest time possible. It should be noted that expert technical team of the company will attend the residence of purchasers in less than 24 hours in Tehran Province and also 72 hours in other provinces of the country.
- Offering E-Services
In line with development and expansion of services to its customers and with the aim of reducing time, as well as facilitation of backup and logistics services to customers, the company has embarked on commissioning electronic database. Offering some parts of its services to customers through ONLINE is the main objective of the company in this regard. For this reason, customers may send their purchasing requests through ONLINE with the aim of inquiring for price of gas-fueled engine generators or diesel generators.
